โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก นางสาวพัชรี จงรักษ์ รองอธิบดี กรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน เป็นประธานเปิดการประชุม และ นางมัณลิกา สมพรานนท์ ผู้อำนวยการกองพัฒนาพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ กล่าวรายงานและวัตถุประสงค์โครงการ

การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นภายใต้โครงการศึกษาความเหมาะสมของการปลูกพืชชนิดต่าง ๆ ร่วมกับการติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าด้วยพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ แบบติดตั้งบนพื้นดิน (Agrivoltaics) ที่วิทยาลัยพลังงานทดแทนและสมาร์ตกริดเทคโนโลยี (SGtech) มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นผู้ดำเนินงาน จากกรมพัฒนาพลังงานทดแทนและอนุรักษ์พลังงาน (พพ.) กระทรวงพลังงาน

SGtech Hosts Focus Group Meeting on Agrivoltaics Site Selection and Technical Assessment

On Monday, August 10, 2026, Assoc. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Nipon Ketjoy, Director of the SGtech, together with the project team, organized a Focus Group Meeting to gather stakeholder opinions and technical recommendations for assessing the technical and site suitability of potential Agrivoltaics demonstration plots. The meeting aimed to incorporate stakeholder perspectives into the technical and spatial assessment and the design of the Agrivoltaics demonstration plots, following a participatory approach. The meeting was held at the Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel Bangkok.

The meeting was honored by Ms. Patcharee Jongrak, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE), who delivered the opening remarks. Mrs. Manlika Sompranont, Director of the Solar Energy Development Division, also presented the project’s background and objectives.

The meeting was organized under the Study on the Suitability of Integrating Various Crops with Ground-Mounted Solar Power Generation Systems (Agrivoltaics). SGtech, Naresuan University, was commissioned by the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE), Ministry of Energy, to conduct the study.

The focus group provided an important platform for stakeholder participation, technical knowledge exchange, and the development of suitable approaches for Agrivoltaics implementation.
